I'm not sure what it tells you from the information below?

Fall Time (sec) 0.01
Rise Time (sec) 0.015
Total Response Time (sec) 0.025

Is this a good monitor?

Rise time is the time it takes for a pixel to go from off to on. Fall time is the reverse.

25ms isn't horrible for gaming at all. In fact, it's fairly decent. I've played on a couple 25ms monitors and it's been fine. Sure you can notice some ghosting, but it's not going to ruin the experience at all.

I wouldn't worry about it. You bought the monitor, so just be happy with it and enjoy it. If you start using the monitor thinking it sucks, you really will think it sucks 🙂

That bit of advise has cool me down mate~ I was so angry when I found out this last night..

The monitor is actually for offices...as my dad work place is using the same one so he can get a special offer...

I've seen one on the web made by sony which are for gaming...they have 12ms...

Wobble, do you think it would be a waste of my graphic card at all?

No, absolutely not. It's a different effect. Ghosting caused by a higher response rate will give you a slightly blurred effect as opposed to a choppy effect. The (minimal) blurry effect won't lead you to think that you're getting lower frames per second.
