First post, hope I did this right...
This is inspired by Kingofcomputer's post topic

Here goes:

$149.98 from Staples Item#464735

PM with DELL.com for $138.95 - $34.74 (25% off discount) to get to $104.21

Apply $25 off $100 coupon to make it $79.21

Plus tax it comes to: $83.98

After Staples MIR of $30 ... Final price of $53.96...

Hope this works for you guys.. don't know if this CD-RW is any good but the final price looked good to me... what you guys think?

Dunno if it will work, but tax is relative to your state. By the way...does the 25% discount apply to pricematching, or will they pricematch the ORIGINAL price only?

Thanks, BritonAA. I didn't get the PM until the third CSR over the phone. Is this drive any good?

hehe. they;`'re starting to track us and the multiple waste-the-CSR'S time thing. I hope they start to flag your accounts as be-tough-on-pricematches.

*sigh* just paid $90 for this Lite-On 16x burner a week ago :D

<< PC World Review of Drive. This is recent and from the October 2001 Issue of PC World, more of a blurb than a review, but it gives you a general idea... >>

I read through a lot of the roundup, and found it to be terrible. Their "Best Buys" are the two most expensive models, just chock full of value at over $200. Also, the Lite-On is missing, makes me wonder why the TEAC was chosen instead:eek:
