You are all crazy! A sony 12" sub for $129??? I can get a Subway 12" sub for $5 AND IT TASTES BETTER!!!

Here are the standard Velodyne prices. This is what you would pay for them at Circuit City. Lets find them cheaper.

I had been eyeing this sub to complete my surround sound set for some time. When I got wind of the Passport deal, I went to 800.com immediately and bought this sub. It arrived yesterday and man does this thing bump. It is true, it does hum a bit, but who cares. I mean if you are playing your stereo or a movie at such a low volume that you can hear your sub humming, then you probably shouldn't get a sub to begin with. Anyhow, I hooked it up and the sound is awesome. If anyone is interested in still trying to get one of these, the next cheapest place I saw it for was Inet Shopping (C & E Sales). It's a good price, but if you want this thing quickly, this isn't the place to shop. I purchased a set of speakers (surround and center) from them about a month and a half ago and they arrived at my door yesterday (the same time my sub showed up which was ordered less than a week ago).
