will start watching this season tomorrow. The first season was awesome. Second was alright. I'm hoping they go back to being more Hamlet-y.

Anybody else watch it?

So epic. :awe: I love this show.

Not yet...it's on later this evening.

this season has been...weird to say the least. I still watch it, but I don't know for how much longer. They need to bring it back to ground level instead of trying to rival Desperate Housewives for weird and unusual goings on.

Just finished watching the encore of the season finale. Two thumbs up. Can't wait for the next season.
I am finally glad to see Stahl gone. She certainly got what she deserved.

Yes! I was so happy she was gone. The look on Gemma's face at the end was the look I had too. :awe:

Never watched Desperate Housewives, never was that desperate to be entertained.

The finale was great, retribution was dealt out to those deserving. I must say the character of Agent Stahl has been one of the great villians of recent TV and the previous 3 episodes were they had us believing that Jax was turning informant was pretty disconcerting. Great turn of play to see him turn the tables on her and to see Opie get his revenge for what she did to his wife. It was also cool to see Sonny Barger making a cameo appearance. I also like the character the director Kieth Sutter plays.

Next season out to be interesting with most of the club just getting out of prison for the weapons charge. I wonder if the Mayans will try to take advantage of that. You know the Russians will part of the story line after the club swindled them out of 2 mill and that Hale asshole will probably be the new villian. They'll also go more into Jax's whiny ass late father's history with the Club, Clay and Jemma.

Fixed that for the folks who haven't seen it yet.

I too LOVED seeing Stahl get her due. Opie was the best choice to do it because of what happened to his wife...but IMO, he also owes Clay for that since he's the one who killed her while trying to kill Opie. I REALLY enjoyed the hook at the end where they finally let the viewer know that the whole club had been in on the "Jax turns Rat" play. Perfect way to end the season.

IMO, the whole
IRA kidnapped Jax's son...Let's go to Ireland and get him back...and the goings on in Ireland
are a big part of what made this season so weird. The show is basically just one big soap opera wrapped around a scooter. The "Desperate Housewives" is in reference to every week, there's yet another major drama that threatens everything and every one...

Overall a fairly weak season, especially compared to the last one. But a great finale ended it on the right note.

Finally got to watch the last few episodes. I don't get FX, so I had to rely on my friend's DVR for SOA. So I got to catch up...and wow.
The season was meh, but less convoluted than season 2.

Loved the last episode. Watched the last 20 minutes of it a few times. That's how much I loved it.

For random facts or trivia...
-Katy Segal who plays Gemma (Peggy Bundy) is married to Kurt Sutter. Sutter is the creator and writer of the series. Previously known for The Shield.
-Kurt Sutter plays the patch with the ummm...eye patch in prison.
-Kim Coates, the Canadian who plays Tigs is in many, many TV and movie appearances.
I couldn't place him, but it finally dawned on me he was the gun for hire in Open Range.

I was watching a re-run of "The Mentalist" last night, and the judge was played by William Lucking...better known to us as Piney. (of course, he's been around in tv shows and movies since the late 60's...he's recognizable...but not always known)

People still watch this? I stopped half way into season three. Such a shame, seasons 1 and 2 were pretty good. Season 3... wow. Amazingly bad.
