Actually, yes. But I'm a lake/stream fisherman, myself. I was going to go to a stream that's just outside of town, but I might actually go to Henry Hagg Lake instead. I dunno... I haven't made up my mind yet.

Dude... make a trip to Oregon... I know some of the coolest places to go fishing. Timber Oregon has this one spot with two beaver dams within 100 feet of eachother. There are two small "lakes" made by the dams, and a tree downed in the middle that connects both dams. There's lots of shadows that are fairly open to drop a small lure in and plenty of rain for the fish to come out and play in. Yes, fish "play" in the rain. Fishing early in the morning in Oregon while it's raining is some of the best stream/lake fishing you'll find.

i dont know man.. i'm pretty sure thier are some streams in the blue ridge mountains here ini Va that can't be beat.

does sound great though-- if i ever make out to Oregon, we'll have to meet up and do a little fishing.

Some of the lakes and rivers up here would blow your mind. In a couple of weeks i'm considering buying a 14 ft. aluminum boat and a ~9.9HP outboard for fishing. w00t!

Nice bass boat! I wish I could afford something like that. I'm looking at a pretty basic boat/motor/trailer. Just enough to putt around in.

I can't get too carried away as i'll be towing it with my TDI.

Nice bass boat! I wish I could afford something like that. I'm looking at a pretty basic boat/motor/trailer. Just enough to putt around in.

our started out as a piece of junk refugee from the junkyard. my dad and i got busy with the blow torch, welded her back up, put in a new deck, new seats, fish finding electronics and gps system, nice motor (9.9hp is the most allowed in my streams here).. its sweet now, turned a 100 dollars piece of junk into a 1000 dollar fishing killing machine~!
