Sonicwall and Viewpoint

I have viewpoint 2.9 installed and sorta working with the sonicwall. When I view reported I get this message

Raw data exists for the firewall(s), however it has not been summarized (Go to Console Panel->Reports->Summarizer and click on "Summarize Now" button in Reports Data Summarization Interval section

I have done the Summarize Now and I get the emails saying Report data summarized successfully but when I go back to view the summary I get the same error above. I have rebooted and reinstalled and still nothing.

Isnt viewpoint spamware that gets installed from AIM?

Viewpoint is a firewall monitor sold by Sonicwall which builds usage tables, pies, you name it using syslogs from the Sonicwall appliances.

I would suggest asking your Sonicwall support about this. I have asked questions pertaining to Sonicwalls in the past and not a whole lot of people on here use them. You could also try on sonicusers.com but their forum is really slow.
