WARNING! This item could be a refurb.
I posted this same deal before Xmas, and bought 3 for myself for Xmas presents. At the time, the webpage made no mention of a refurbished product. Overstock.com's policies specifically state that a "Refurbished" icon will appear on the webpage of any product that is refurbished. This icon did not appear on this webpage.
Of course, I received 3 refurbished (by Sonic Blue) MP3 players. Anyway, to make a long story short, Overstock's representative agreed that they advertised a USED product as new, and agreed to give me a full refund. it's taken me since mid-December to finally get Overstock.com to send me a shipping label so I can send them back their USED products. I received the label (FINALLY!) this week, and shipped the item. I'm still waiting for a refund.
Sorry for the rant, but it occurred to me that this is probably the same (raw) deal. Right now, the webpage says "Out of Stock" but they'll be getting my 3 returned Rio players shortly...
