Songs and musical compositions

Anyone know of any good songs that have keyboard or piano parts in them that, together with other parts of an orchesta, swell into a great crescendo? I'm looking for something that just sounds neat... For example, one small example is Vanessa Carlton's Twilight... I have no idea why, but I really like the way she does that one.
