ok, i know this is gonna be a real vague description, but its all i really know about the song... hope someone can help...

its a very popular song on the radio right now. its rap, and kinda sounds like the blackeyed peas, but im not sure if it is them. the refrain is:
"heeeeeeeyaaaa heeeeeeeyaaaaaa" and it has some cool funky chime/ ding sounds in the refrain.

i know this is pretty vague, but anyway help would be great
