Sonata vs Sonata II

I've had an unused Sonata case sitting around for a couple years and was getting ready to build an FX-55/7600 GS/one or two HD system in it.

Now, the Sonata II just went on a good sale, and I'm thinking of getting it instead (leaving me with a still unused Sonata).

Worth the upgrade, either for the 450W PS vs 380W, or lower noise?
