sonata II or 3000 b +ps

the sonata 2 has smartpower. i originally was going to get the 3000 and just put in a truepower 2 power supply...but i really want the sonata. is there a huge stability difference between smartpower and truepower?
 
is it noisier?and i might wanna bring my 3000 venice (i will get it soon...) to maybe 2.4. would the smartpower be ok? and in the future i might buy a crossfire or sli board. would 450 be enough wattage for 2 video cards? (say GTs)
 
I'd go with the Enermax 495 V2.0 power supply. 1.8 to 2.4 is quite a bit of overclocking. Go with the Antec SLK3000B.
 
yep, the sonta is gonna be pricy when it first comes out.

I thought about this same question but then went with a p160 and a fortron 500 blue storm
