Sonata Fan Conversion

I have the sonata with the 120mm stock fan and an additional pabst 120. They both have the molex connectors that connect directly to the PSU fan only connector. I got an enermax ultimate controller to keep the noise down but the controller only handles fans with the standard 3 pin connector.

What's the best way to convert these fans? I'd rather not solder new connections on these fans but if I must, I must. Also, I have a Pabst 92mm fan on slk900a heatsink. It seems to be kool according to sisoft sandra, but according to the mb utility (gigabyte) it's near 60c. Should there be a 40c difference in temp readings? ARe there more reliable tools out there to monitor my cpu temp.

Thanks,
