There's an other OPTIONAL 120mm fan that can be added next to the hard drives bracket, but you must purchase one and install it yourself. Check the case manual if one came with your case or go the Antec's web site. Hope this helps.
 
It might be. With two exhaust and no intake, thats an awful lot of negative pressure. Might not be a bad idea to purchase another fan to put in the front as an intake.
 
Antec doesn't recommend adding an additional front fan if you want to remain as quiet as possible. I'd probably monitor you case temperature and add it only if necessary.
