ive got no idea how to get this myself as the main site has a zillion different drivers/things/etc. I need the newest BIOS update for the DFI lanparty UT nforce3 250gb. Can anyone provide me with a direct link to a place where i can download it? I appreciate it! Seriously

Either of the top two will work, providing you want to use a DTR CPU. If you are flashing it for any other reason than there is no use because this is the only change over the original. The only diff in the top two is differnt ways to do it, if you have flashed before than you probably want to use the top one, because it will be like you've used before. However if this is your first time I suggest going with the second one, because it is an easy way to do it that DFI set up. This is the one I used and I liked it.

Have Fun

DTR = Desktop replacement (AMD's mobile CPUs.

There is a quick 6 step tutorial right under the second one. It is a good one. read it and follow it.

How to flash BIOS with Diamond Flash Image? I find this Image file on some models. 2004/07/14

Answer :
Diamond Flash Image is unique feature developed by DFI to facilitate users flashing BIOS. User does not have to run the complicated procedures, but just flash the BIOS as an easy job.
1. Prepare one piece of clean floppy diskette.
2. Run the BIOS file from website directly or copy it to HDD to run.
3. It will image to floppy disk drive "A" including flash utility, BIOS file along with instruction and create booting program automatically.
4. Boot up the system from FDD. It will automatically flash the BIOS.
5. Press "F1" as instructed when completing the flashing.
6. Run "Load Optimized Defaults" or "Load Setup Defaults" in BIOS after completing the BIOS flashing.
