...sigh....
Got a call from a manger this morning saying she got an email with a virus on it, and that it infected a couple of our locations. Told her to unplug her network cable (to stop it from emailing stuff out) and I'd get over to look at it in a bit.
She got back to me before I got a chance to get to it, said that she took care of it, and brought me a printout of the specific "virus".
Here's what the message was:

Our association was infected by the virus jdbgmrg.exe and we think you might have received it as well. To get rid of the virus, follow the instructions below :
1. Go to START and select SEARCH then FOR FILES OR FOLDERS
2. In the window SEARCH FOR FILES OR FOLDERS, type the virus name:jdbgmgr.exe
3 The window LOOK IN should indicate a search in the hard drive "C"

Turns out she deleted this file on a couple machines. Ugh. It's a file that has to do with java and it's ability to function properly. I guess it could have been worse, she could have deleted explorer.exe
