Sometimes leftovers taste better

seems like anything italian ages well
chinese food also takes better the next morning in some cases as long as it isnt fish

There was some brand of frozen pizza that I just couldn't stand when it was fresh out of the oven, so I would bake it, then put it in the refrigerator and then heat it up the next day and it would taste good to me then.

kraft mac and cheese is better after its been in the fridge and allowed to dry out a little bit.
microwave popcorn that has been left out overnight and a little bit stale is better too.

Spaghetti

Is that just because the sauce and noodles are so mixed at that point, or really because theres a different flavor of the materials themselves?

Actually, I keep the sauce and noodles seperate until just before eating and it always tastes better, even after the sauce sits for day.
