sometimes forbidden

I am having trouble with my postings some times I get a message that says I am forbidden and some times it goes right through I have recived no Email telling me i did some thing wrong so can any body give me any answers as to what is going on here?
 
Are you with a dialup? Dynamic IP address? If so, it could be that you are occasionally hitting an address, or range that has been banned.

I do use dial up and my ip changes every time I log on as far as dynamic I have no idea but thanks for the info at least it gives me some kind of idea what is going on Thank you very much

Changes and dynamic are the same thing.

so how does one correct that situation? just reconnect to the isp? and hope for a non-banned ip with dynamic ip selection?
 
ya that is about the only thing you can do is log off of your ISP and re dial, you more then likely will get an unbanned IP, the next time you get the forbiddin message, go to start then run and type winipcfg then make note of the IP address, and E-mail it to moderator@anandtech.com they will beable to help you with that 🙂.
