Something's wrong....I need your help!

Hi guys! Well, I don't know if any of you remember, but I fixed the power supply problem from my friend's computer (I talked about it last week). We got the box up and running for a quick second, but then we had to run to class. Everything 'cept the CDROM was working at that point in time, including all the lights and other shiz. :frown:

Now I cannot seem to boot the box back up! :|

Anyone have any suggestions? When I turn the power supply on and off, I hear a slight high pitched noise - I heard this before the box turned on though, so I don't think it's anything wrong with that!
