Something wrong with my Xbox One?

I noticed that in Forza Horizon 2 and 3 sometimes there will be a 2 second pause while driving but the sound of the engine continues. I had this happen twice in Horizon 3 and a few times in Horizon 2, it even crashed a couple of times in Horizon 2 with the engine sound continuing. Also sometimes I get stuttering during blu-ray playback on my XBox One and it's not the disc that's the issue since it plays back fine when I rewind at play back where it stuttered before. Is something wrong with my Xbox One?
