Something wrong with my soundbar?

Recently I purchased a Yamaha YAS-107 soundbar. I noticed that the optical cable somehow got disconnected yesterday and the soundbar moved a little. I left the soundbar perfectly in line with the base of my TV horizontally but when I got home I found it turned around 5 degrees counterclockwise from where it was before I left the house and it looked obviously like someone came in to my room and rotated the soundbar a bit and pulled the optical cable out. Also today I went to the gym and when I got back the HDMI cable was disconnected from the soundbar's HDMI input port but the soundbar did not look moved this time. Also I'm not the only person living at home. Is it possible that the HDMI input port and optical port in my soundbar is having trouble keeping the cables permanently connected even though I could feel them get a secure connection when I was connecting them? Also I heard a quiet pop from the soundbar a few seconds after exiting a TV episode in Netflix on my Apple TV and a pop a few seconds after exiting Vudu on my TV. TV was connected via optical to my soundbar but now using HDMI ARC and Apple TV is connected via HDMI to the soundbar. Should I just return it to the store as defective?

Also today after I reconnected the HDMI cable from my Apple TV to the soundbar, I tested Netflix and after it was done loading the episode, the image froze for about 4 seconds and then skipped ahead several frames after the image unfroze itself but the audio streamed fine.

Son, worry less about the speaker bar and instead call the ghostbusters, you got yourself a spook.
