Something wrong with my signature

My signature just will not work. It says I go past the 255 character limit. I paste what I was trying to add into word, it says it is 211.(yes including spaces). Here is my sig.(the one i want), let me know if you see a problem:

The problem is what you type in with the symbol notation will get expanded to this -

And that is what pushes you over the 255 character limit.

Can I make it not add all the extra stuff, make it just like it is when you post a message?

The extra stuff is not optional, what you might try is a redirect as suggested in this thread, though I'm not sure three links will make it.
