Did they fix SP4? I thought it had all sorts of problems so I only have SP3.

I'm getting around 100 KBps from that link, but it was slowly dropping.

I don't remember exactly, but I do remember people having problems when it first came out. Possibly with DirectX 9.0 (that comes with SP4, right?).
