I think in light of the way we as a country are coming together could do one more thing that would help our country, come out of this struggle even stronger and more determined as a country then ever, that our will, spirit, and way of life shall not be broken.... **Buy something.**
Anything at all would be fine. If each American would go out this weekend, and spend what they could afford, for say something we need, or perhaps don't even need it could do so much good.
By doing just this one small act we could hopefully show those, who would love nothing more than to see our economy plummet from this attack, (and it was one of the things are hoping for) that we wont go so meekly, that we will persevere through this. Think of the joy is when the market open next week, it's not way down, but perhaps able to show...we the people came together and made a difference like only our country can do.
We are always a people who toil away, seemingly not caring for one another, but when we are pressed we come together as a nation, and overcome.
I believe a purchase no matter how minor, sends a message to those who would revel in our economy and way of life tanking.. that our country and spirt can not be stopped so easily.
