yea no idea how to title this...

on my ring finger of my left hand, on the palm side, just above the first joint (not the knuckle)...

It feels like a small bb in size...
i can move it around left and right, but cant make it disappear to the other side...

it doesnt hurt, it doesnt bother me... in fact it allows me something to do with my hands when im bored... lol.

no there is not one on the right hand...

anyone have any ideas as to what this would be?

I've had some that lasted years, and slowly went away, not even realizing they were gone, until I noticed they just weren't there anymore.

I had something similar a while ago on the back corner of my jaw, the doctor said it was a small cyst that formed from a pore that probably had an issue with drainage at some point. It felt like a little ball under my skin. Didn't really cause any problems until about a year ago when I went tubing on a local river for a day. I don't know if it was sitting in the sun and sweating all day or something about the river water but that little ball of something turned into a very large ball of something in 2 days. An area about half an inch (~12 mm for you metric folk) wide felt really swollen and hurt to the touch. I drained it with a needle, it was extremely nasty stuff but it solved the problem. The bump returned to it's previous size but is still there and hasn't caused any other issues since then.

That being said, that was my problem. Yours could be different, I'd see a doctor about it.

Ganglion cyst. I found one on my ring finger just above the palm during a canoe trip ~15 years ago.

Saw a doctor the day after I got home. He said it may or may not go away on its own. It's still there.

that's just a cyst.

I have the same thing on right hand thumb. Mine actually hurt for a while and then it shrank down til it was almost gone.
