Hiding the bacon roll?
Oh god, I think I like the image of a strip of bacon better than a roll.
Hiding the bacon roll?
I would love to get real Canadian peameal bacon and not the fake stuff sold as such.
I'd be going to a country where many come to America for treatment, where LGBT people are treated the same as my country (good!), and the ruling party does what is best for their country while upholding democratic principals and western ideals (like my country). You just have better weed laws and less illegal immigration.
Fuck PETA. They're irrelevant.
I thought they worshiped animals. They're a death cult that doesn't actually give a shit about animals.
I get over it by reminding myself that cows have no idea what the fuck is going on around them or what is being done to them. They really are meat popsicles.
I thought it was salami you hid.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't peameal bacon made from tenderloin?I feel for ya. I'm a Canadian. I've been eating it since before I had teeth.![]()

I actually meet card carding members of PETA before. They strongly believe in that nonsense.PETA trying desperately to remain relevant in a world that has largely forgotten them.
Let's go full deep state on this one: PETA is a false flag organization secretly funded and lead by the USDA, a captured agency of the farming and dairy agro-industrial complex, in order to make Americans biased against veganism and buy more delicious animal flesh products.
How'd I do?
The problem with the subsequent "outrage" in this humor thread is the conflation of idiot fringe extremists with all vegans. Are vegans asking us to just stop using animal idioms cold turkey?
"wet-cured pork loin from the back of the hog that has been trimmed of fat and rolled in cornmeal, creating a yellow crust. Originally, it was rolled in crushed yellow peas, hence the name peameal."
Some cool history

To be sure, veganism is one of those personal stances that attracts a not insignificant number of folks who will make an angry religion out of anything. And, of course, these blighters, just like proselytizing fundamentalists or your Fox News-infused, semi-senile Uncle, seize the loudest megaphone to let YOU know how wrong YOU are.
People like this wish to export their inner unhappiness onto you. My best advice is to ignore them, but also not to conflate such folks with quietly committed vegans, general people of faith, or principled conservatives.
Edit: Doh! Missed the "cold turkey" pun in the post I was responding to!
I'm having fun. Then again I have making fun of groups like PETA for years now.Other than slow, who in this thread is just not having some fun? Where are the people conflating fringe extremists with all vegans?

Speak of that, I have heard the PETA or a member reported someone for killing a common rat for animal cruelty.
