Something to test the speed of my hard drive

Like the title says, I have a 10k RPM SATA hard drive that I want to test to see if it can actually read/write at the max guaranteed speed.

Anyone know where i can find a PC app that will tell me read/write speeds, perhaps with some integrated tests?

Mac OSX has a built in tool that will do it, can't find it on Windows Task Manager though...
