something to make my fan quiet

right now i'm using a coolermaster di4-7h53d. it does a great job cooling, but i think its loud. it says its 36dba. now is there anything quieter than this? or do p4's really just have to have loud fans? anything like 27dba or so?

also anyonek now where to get 70mm fans. i could just replace the fan on this, but no one carries 70mm fans. or does someone make a like pass through thing that i can connect my fan to, and then connect that thing to the motherboard but it slows the fan down so its not noisy?

If you use a 3-4 pin adapter its easy to wire it so that your fan will run at 7 volts instead of 12. This should significantly reduce the fan noise. All you have to do is switch the black wire(ground) over to the red(5 volt) one. There are articles online that show you how to do it, I just can't remember where. Try doing a search for "7 volt trick" or something like that.
