Something that will play a 3D Blu Ray ISO or full SBS file?

Is there a remote driven device that will play a 3D Blu Ray ISO or straight full SBS file from a network share?

As in it has a remote and a ten foot interface, preferably an IR one that so I can use a Logitech Harmony with the device.

A SBS file is a 3D side-by-side file. They come in full (full 1080p resolution per eye) and half (720p per eye) sizes.

Almost every device that can play a 1080p mkv can play a half-SBS file. I got that covered, I just want to play full 3D files if I can do it without sacrificing my nice remote and ten foot interfaces. So, for example, a HTPC just playing the ISO via some mouse driven program won't work.

Almost all the media players do that. What is a ten foot interface?

A ten foot interface is an interface meant to be used from a couch. Huge icons and buttons that is remote driven. In computer program terms XBMC and not VLC.

You are correct that all media players are remote driven with 10 foot interfaces as that is their point, but I haven't found a stand alone media player that can play a 3D ISO or a full SBS file. Hence my question.

When I bought my first 3D TV back in 2010 I could cope with half-sbs, but now that I got a new 65 inch 3D TV I want full quality if I can maintain my WAF.

Heck I would take a 3D Blu Ray player that you can trick into playing a network ISO.

looks like nothing plays 3d iso yet. But give it some time and the next crop should support it. SBS= side by side yes?

That is what I thought. :(

I guess I am so disappointed because I have been doing 3D for two years now which is eons in tech time. I thought there would be a solution by now.

I will do what everyone else has done since 2010 I guess- force a mouse driven program to load the 3D ISO from XBMC on my HTPC and use some nasty scripts to make it semi-seamless for my wife.

My real problem is the fact that XBMC has no 3D support still with none coming from what I can tell. Unfortunately 3D is anti-videophile which means its support will always be lacking from the kind of enthusiasts that drive the top solutions.

Yup.

Roku w/ Plex can do full AVI SBS, but I would suggest making it mk4 for bandwidth.
