something stylish to angle speakers upward?

i have some bookshelves and center channel that sit on my tv stand, which is very low to the ground.

i'd like to angle them a little higher, and could put some dvd cases under them towards the front but that looks like crap.

is there a better, sleeker looking solution?

probably 10-15 degrees.
i'd like to be at ear level when sitting at the couch and the speakers about about 1.5 ft off the floor.

you said bookshelves...energy take 5s are satellites. Which is it? is this for your energy take 5s? If so, I believe the takes have mounting brackets on the back that you can use

From the pictures on Newegg, it looks like they're rear-ported, which means wall-mounting them would negatively affect the sound. I have no idea why a company would include a keyhole slot on rear-ported speakers. My surrounds are front-ported and have no problems hanging from the wall on their keyhole slots.

get some columns (like for the yard) for the insignias...or build/buy a cheap wooden stand

For the energies, get speaker stands or something for them...they're markedly smaller than the insignias
