Something stuck in my eye all day, how to get it out?

Well it looks like it came back. Woke up with that feeling again. I did notice I have an eye lash in my eye but I can't seem to get it out, I'm worried it will scratch the surface and I'm probably doing more damage the more I try to play with it. No idea if that's actually what I'm feeling, or just a side effect of trying to get this thing out.

You could try flushing your eye with cold water. Hold your head under a sink with the eye you want to rinse furthest from the faucet (so nothing flows into the good eye).

you are Canadian you can go get the eye put back in for free! btw they will clean it i hope before they do

Rinse with warmed tap water. If persists, see a doctor.

Yeah tried flushing with water at work (emergency eye wash station) but kind of awkward to do at home. Though it's just weird in general to have anything going directly in the eye ball so it was kinda hard to get myself to do it. I THINK It's gone now... I really need to get it checked either way. Appointment is on Wednesday.
