Something like ZuneHD's now playing

The one thing I find cool about the ZuneHD is the now playing with the artist pics and the screen saver like animation. I know Apple won't add this, well they probably couldn't do to being sued if they did. But is there any sort of jailbreak app that adds this? I love everything else about my Touch better, but that one thing would make it even better.
