whenever i navigate through this site, i get wired things happening, might be my browser. Like when i log on i see (3) new messages icon blinking red, then when i click on it, i have no new msgs. Or when i go to one of my posts, all of a sudden it froze an hour ago, no new responses, then if i hit refresh a couple of times, i get the new responses. Or ill go to a forum topic, say off topic, and i see the threads on the first page, then i hit refresh and those threads i just saw go to like page 3 b/c they are 20 mins old...any suggestions on whats going on? thanks

funny, but it just did it again, i go into forum issues, and i can see that this thread has 2 posts, so i know someone has replied, then i click to go in here, and i only see my orginal post and i have to click refresh a few times.
 
Delete your history, and then go to your tools menu, and click "Internet Options", Click Setting the the Temp. Internet File area, and select under "Check for newer version of pages: <U>Evertime you visit the page</U>"
