Something is wrong with my CD Burner

Hi my CD Burner recently quit working it is a lite-on and I burnt a data disc with windows yesterday and haven't tried an audio cd in months so today I went to burn one and in sonic it doesn't recognize my drive should I reinstall the firmware? If so where could I find it
