Something is wrong with my ankle.

No idea why. Woke up this morning and tried to stretch as usually and was met with a intense stabbing pain, retracting my foot to normal position immediately alleviated it. Its been like that all day. Fortunately I can walk fine on it, although it does feel a little...weak maybe?

Was fine when I went to bed...I guess maybe I slept on it wrong? I do sleep on my stomach.

You could of tweaked something in your sleep. That happens to my shoulder every now and again. Go to bed fine, wake up and can't raise my arm.

Read that.

Doesn't sound exactly like what I have going on here, not that it couldn't be. The pain seems to occur on the outer side of my foot, just below the ankle and radiates down toward my pinky toe. The ankle itself feels strange or weak.

Hmmm...can't decide if I should skip the cardio today. Its not bothering me to bad, but I'd just like it to go away.

IANAD, but I had the same thing 2 nights ago. It was just a cramp, I was fine the next morning.
