Something is making the page jump all over the place when viewing some threads

Anyone else getting this? Using privacy badger and ublock so don't think it's an add, but some kind of rogue javascript that is not stopping properly or something.

Edit: Of course it stopped doing it now that I posted this. But maybe it's intermittent or something.

I occasionally have the same issue in Chrome where I go to tap something and half the page suddenly jumps to a different section. It is annoying, but seems a little bit better lately.
