I am watching True Life: I'm in Debt and I am perplexed about a statement made by one of the girls on the show. She said (and keep in mind I'm paraphrasing a bit) that she was sad that the relationship with her father had been ruined due to her 20,000 dollar debt. She said that her father didn't talk to her because he didn't trust her because he thinks she still makes the wrong decisions. Yet she does make thw wrong decisions and continues to be in debt and she is trying to defend herself? How convaluted is she?
I see this on other shows such as Intervention and the like, and I know they have to justify their behaviour and anger but still, do they even listen to themselves?
