On anadtech test http://www.anandtech.com/video/showdoc.aspx?i=2873&p=8 there is EVGA with ACS3 cooling and it's around few C cooler then the rest of the cards. But it's not the available Superclocked version!!! SO!!! My question is
Is new ACS3 quieter and even that OC'ed, still cooler than reference boards with standard speed? Or EVGA is trying to trick us?

I truly and honestly read your question 3 times and still don't quite understand what you are asking. If you could clarify that would be great :)

Let me get the question right.

Stock/Reference EVGA card with ACS3 runs cooler then the rest of the cards posted.

If he buys the overclocked version will it still be cooler then the rest?

Answer = doubt it, ACS3 usually only helps up to about 2-3C

ok :).

anandtech test: http://www.anandtech.com/video/showdoc.aspx?i=2873&p=8
used EVGA 8800 GTX with ACS3 cooling but it's not SUPERCLOCKED version which is now available also with ACS3 cooling. The tested one with standard clock speed.

The test shows that with ACS3 cooling card is cooler.
Now my question is:
is EVGA 8800 GTX Superclocked ACS3 still cooler and quieter compared to standard EVGA 8800 GTX with reference cooling solution?

Well ACS3 does not effect noise generally. In heat/fan% you could get away with that but not with 2-3C.

I would say the overclocked will be warmer overall.
