What's good? It has to be:

Relatively cheap
Easy to make
Can feed a lot
Not too ghetto

I'm actually good at cooking, but I just can't think of something fast and easy for a pot luck. Thanks.

oriental garlic sesame lo mein

boil a box of spagetti noodles, drain and set aside.
in a big wok or pan pour a bottle of kikkoman garlic teriyaki http://www.kikkomanusa.com/homecooks/products/products_hc_details.php?pf=10202&fam=102
add a tablespoon of sesame oil
add a little bit of sugar if you find the sauce is too salty
add freshly minced garlic if you have it
add noodle and stir fry and toss until thoroughly mixed.
Sprinkle some sesame seeds over the top to finish it off

serve and enjoy.
under $10 and could serve over 20 in a potluck.

Everybody loves french fried onion/green been casserole (with cream of mushroom soup; the Walmart house brand is actually better than Campbell's).

Meatballs or "Little Smoky" sausages in barbeque sauce.
Cheese & cracker plate, but must be quality cheeses & crackers.
Assorted vegetables (cauliflower, carrots, green onions, celery, etc.) with dill dip.
