Something extremely irritating to me on AIM.

You know how you put your mouse over a certain screen name, it pops up this box showing you all this bullcrap. Anyways its extremely irritating because even if I'm moving the thing up and down to see whos on it always pops up a box to show what ever sn its closest to. Is there an option to turn that crap off?
