Something downloads to my computer every now and then

I just noticed something being quickly downloaded (I assume) while I was browsing ATOT. It was quick, but it was definitely a download bar. To the left of the bar it looked like there was a red heart. I have seen other times where a download bar quickly flashes on my screen when I'm on the internet. Anyway to capture this or find out what the heck is being downloaded? I'm assuming it's a tracker or trojan of some sort, but not really sure because it's so quick.
