Someone with BOTH Antec SX830 & SX1030, help please

I seem to have some sort of slightly hybridized SX830 case. From all I see, the SX830 is supposed to have only 1 3.5"drive cage and 1 drive cage shelf.
But, the SX830 I have has 2 3.5" cages, and it has 2 shelves. However, I seem to have the SX830 fan holder in all 4 fan positions, instead of having
a drive cage fan holder from the SX1040 case.

My main question here is, for those who have both cases, or have worked with both cases, what are the differences? I am going to contact Antec to get a drive cage fan bracket, but should I also talk to them about getting a SX1040 front cover set, and just turn this thing into a 1040? Or should I leave it as a SX830 but get the fan bracket so I can put my RAID drive into the fan cooled drive cage?

I have exactly the same SX830 you have (two drive cages). Late last year these were considered a bonus if you could get one. I just called Antec and requested the the other fan bracket and they sent it free of charge.

The metal case is exactly the same for both. Just get two of the drive cage style fanholders, youll have it made.

Just a little mixup at the factory- at least one of the cages needs to have a pin on the bottom for the lower cage to latch onto.......
