someone wants to sell me his old mb,mem,cpu for what $?

here are the details:

asus p4s533,sis 645dx, socket 478
and a Intel Pentium 4 1.8GHz 256K Socket 478 Processor 400MHz Processor Bus
and 256 mb samsung pc2700

he's overclocking at 2394 maz stably.
what do you guys think?
