So far the most frustrating thing about keeping a balanced diet is figuring out the protein/carb/fat distribution of all the foods I've been eating.. but I'm pretty sure this is the most annoying thing.

Things like breads and what not usually have a breakdown per slice because I don't have a grab scale to weigh things like bread.

Nutritional Facts (Serving Size: 100g)
Calories: 272
Fats: 3.6g
Carbs: 47g
Proteins: 8.5g

420 grams

Now I can't figure out what that 420 grams means, whether thats the cumulative weight of all of the whole wheat rolls I'm eating, or what, and if it is, why they didn't do the calculations on a per roll basis.

It's written on the label right next to the nutritional values chart, pretty confusing.

Not if the cumulative weight is 420g it isn't.

A lot of companies leave it up to you to figure it out on a larger scale and make you do the math, which makes no sense if they know the total weight.

Well, how many rolls are there in the package? Divide 420 grams with the amount of rolls.

The amount of dietary fiber is also important.

Thats what I figured I'd do.
