The 'te' does not belong there with 'avec toi'. It's either 'Je veux faire l'amour avec toi' or 'je veux te faire l'amour', which both mean almost the same thing (make love with you vs make love to you).

Use 'le seul pour moi' if you are talking to a man. If you are talking to a woman, it should be 'la seule pour moi'.
