Someone that knows monitors please help!

I want to take advantage of the Dell 20% deal and free shipping deal, which only lasts a few more hours. I've been looking for a new monitor for my pc and this seems to be the best opportunity to get one. I would like to get a 21" or so but there are so many of them and I dont know the first thing about monitors...any advice would be extremely appreciated! (I'd like to keep it under 700)

hey dOrKuS,

well, the only thing i know bout monitors is that you want to get a monitor with the smallest dot pitch b/c the quality is better. i think right now, they range from .20 to .25

sorry man, that's all i know about monitors.
