Someone tell me the difference between these two cards, I can't find it

Sapphire Radeon 9800 Pro OEM ($302)


I know the first one is an OEM package and the second one is a retail package, but why the difference in the PCB coloring, and why the 80 dollar price difference? Especially considering the retail package is the one that's cheaper. I"m confused, someone help straighten me out please

it is probably because the retail ones have an eta date and the new shipment which was purchased at a lower price point compared to the oem which is not scheduled to be restocked and hence the price has not been updated.

No clue why the black one is so expensive, but I believe it's built on a 9700P PCB and thus won't OC very well. It used to be cheaper than other 9800P's at the time because of that. It's probably been discontinued, as Snowman said.
