Someone suggest me a 24'' monitor

Whats the best 24'' monitor out right now, dell 2407? I can't really tell the difference between the 2407 and the E249WFP, can someone explain this for me? I'm also looking at quite a few choices on newegg. i have no idea whats good or whats bad, i just know a ton of poeple have dell monitors

The Soyo 24" black friday deal at officemax for $249 is awfully hard to beat. It's an 8bit P-MVA 5ms panel. It's only has DVI and Dsub, no HDMI and is as plain as you can get as far as features, but for the quality of the panel and the price its incredible. I have one and its a beautiful monitor.

I just purchase a 24" monitor at Frys for $360 after MIR. I don't like it. Horrible backlight bleed over on the edges and one fat, bright red dot just off center. I want to take it back.

If I go into Office Max tomorrow can I buy one of these? Do I need to get up at 5AM or whatever? Will I have to fist fight crazy people to get one? Do they have enough in stock so I don't have to worry about it? Honestly, I'm 40 years old and I've avoided black friday shopping my entire life.

That I don't know, I'm 50 and have also avoided BF, and thats exactly why I ordered mine online for $299 it wasn't worth the perceived hassle to save $50. However I wouldn't imagine officemax will have as large a rush as some.

expensive.. but good.. unsless you want to have some other compatibility..(hdtv.../tuner../compsite input..) if thats what you need get something else.. this is purely monitor
