Call your CC company and explain to them what exactly is going on. They will be on this guy quicker than a hooker in an alley! :p

What's the website?

I say go the fbi route. A beating for the guy/girl might be fun for you, but being put in a cell with bubba would be even better for him/her.

Here's what you do:

You go beat him up and His family, his family's friends, anyone that owed him money, people that owed his family money, his previous employers....go for it all!!!!

<< Fbi.gov i think, report credit card fraud. >>

Also post an artical on his website.. :) or point the domain to a website pointing out the truth.

He's not exactly going to admit to knowing anything about it.
Still, it's pretty stupid--if you're a crook--to use stolen cc to pay for s/t so tracable as this.....what a dumb sh!t.

somebody stole my CC info and racked up iver $1,600 in bogus charges in less than 15 hours... inclusding a $564 bill to cingular wireless.. the security people at my bank said the best course of action to take is to let them and the police handle it. For the amount of inconvience this has caused me I'd sure like to get a bit more in the way of revenge myself but who needs possible further complications ?

I called my CC company its a debit card so its my bank and they said call the local police. I dont think that would work though. He said he had no idea what the site was or anything like that but the DNS info has his name on it and when I called he awnsered to that name so unless someone got my CC# and used his name I dunno

Man, just get the site registrations taken away. That's do-able
