Someone recommend me a tachometer to install in my car.

This is for a 2000 Toyota Echo manual. I was thinking about getting the cheapest ones at JC Whitney but weren't sure as to their quality.

I mean, do tachs really break that often? Even cheap ones? Or become highly inaccurate?
