AMD Socket 939 Athlon 64 3500+, 90nm, 2.2 GHz, 512KB L2 Cache 64-bit Processor - OEM

What heatsink should I use with that?

Xp-90 or XP-120. You need to check if the XP-120 fits on your mobo though. You are looking to overclock this though right?

Thanks for the link! So you could go with the Thermalright XP-120 and a Panaflo 120mm fan. That will provide very good cooling.
